HOUSTON – Monday’s Rain Recap:
Communities across southeast Texas picked up over 4 inches of rain Monday that led to street flooding.
By Monday afternoon the flood threat subsided as the rain moves off the coast.
Tuesday’s Forecast:
Tuesday rain and storm chances continue. The wet weather will be spotty and scattered Tuesday along a warm front. Tuesday showers and storms will be on and off throughout Tuesday. By Tuesday night rain dwindles.
Spotty showers Tuesday morning mainly outside of Houston
A chance for scattered showers and storms starting mainly south of I-10
Showers and storms possible and will continue to move from south to north
Looking ahead: 10-day forecast
Rain chances continue through Saturday before we see a break from wet weather starting Sunday.
