WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) – While we have been mostly dry today with a lot of sunshine, we will start to see storms moving in soon.

There have been a few showers this afternoon, but the main line of storms is still out to our west.

Strong to severe storms are expected between 3 PM and 9 PM today. Strong damaging winds will be the main threat, but we will also see some small hail and heavy rain with these storms. There is a small chance of an isolated weak tornado.
