Packers vs Seahawks history

Christopher Kuhagen

The Packers and Seahawks are not division rivals but they’ve battled in some unforgettable games.

There’s been noteworthy playoff games. Who could forget Seahawks quarterback Matt Hasselbeck telling the referees at midfield during the overtime coin toss that they’re taking the ball and going to win. Of course, Al Harris would intercept Hasselbeck minutes later to give the Packers the win. Then there was the Fail Mary game in Seattle in 2012 on “Monday Night Football,” a contest that ended in controversy.

And no Packers fan will forget the NFC championship game when the Packers blew a 16-0 halftime lead and 19-7 fourth-quarter advantage thanks in part to a botched onsides kick late in the game.

The Packers own a 15-9 edge in the series and have won five of the last six games. But the Packers have not won in Seattle since the 2008 season.

For the season, Love is completing 62.8% of his passes for 2,724 yards, 21 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.
