The Christmas Eve edition of WWE NXT has been taped ahead of time.
As has been the case with upcoming Raw and SmackDown shows, the December 24th edition has been taped ahead of time so that the talent and staff are able to have an extended break for the holidays. The Christmas Eve show was taped directly after the December 17th show went off the air in Orlando Florida. The show saw multiple main roster stars in action and a shock title change.
Those in attendance have been able to provide results to the matches that took place at the upcoming show. The results have been obtained via Fightful.
The Following Results Took Place At The WWE NXT Taping:
- Stephanie Vaquer defeated Cora Jade
- Kelani Jordan attacked Jade with a kendo stick
- Heritage Cup Championship: Lexis King def. Charlie Dempsey (c) after William Regal hits Dempsey with brass knuckles.
- Unholy Union (Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn) defeated Fatal Influence (Jazmyn Nyx & Jacy Jayne)
- Kayden Carter and Katana Chance prevent Fallon Henley from interfering.
- Ashante “Thee” Adonis def. Dion Lennox
- Trick Williams vs. Oba Femi vs. Eddy Thorpe for the NXT Title is announced for New Year’s Evil.
- Christmas Chaos 4-Way To Determine #1 Contenders for Tag Team Championship: OTM (Bronco Nima & Lucien Price) def. No Quarter Catch Crew (Myles Borne & Tavion Heights), Hank And Tank (Hank Walker & Tank Ledger), and The D’Angelo Family (Channing Lorenzo & Luca Crusifino)
An additional taping is set for later in the week to film the New Year’s Eve edition of the show.
