The NFL Wild Card round wrapped up on Monday night, with the Los Angeles Rams putting the bow on a somewhat tame weekend of action. The first four games were quite boring, with three blowouts before the Philadelphia Eagles defense put the clamps on the Green Bay Packers offense.

That Eagles-Packers game didn’t bring about much excitement on the field, but it has certainly brought with it controversy off the gridiron. The reason for that is one specific Eagles fan who couldn’t ride out the win with class. Instead, this Eagles fan decided to berate and insult a female Packers fan.

At one point he calls her “an ugly dumb c**t“, then tells her partner to “shut the f**k up” if he’s not going to do anything about the way he’s talking to her. He then tells him to turn around and watch the game.

It’s unclear what prompted the vitriol, but the Eagles fan appeared upset that the Packers fan was clapping despite Green Bay only making it to the one-yard line and not actually scoring. That prompted the “dumb c**t” comment, which was incredibly uncalled for.

Plenty of Eagles fans have come to the support of the Packers fan, making it clear that he does not represent the entire fanbase.
