MANCHESTER, N.H. —Sen. Jeanne Shaheen questioned President Donald Trump’s nominee for U.N. ambassador, Elise Stefanik, during her confirmation hearing Tuesday.

Stefanik served nearly a decade as a congresswoman in New York.
