Catriona McGinn and Mark-Paul Gosselaar tied the knot in July 2012

Mark-Paul Gosselaar has captured fan’s hearts with his roles in Saved by the Bell and Mixed-ish. However, his admirers are curious about his personal life, especially his marriage to Catriona McGinn.

Gosselaar, who has earned net worth of $8 million, and McGinn kept their relationship private until the actor proposed to McGinn in 2011.

The duo tied the knot following year in an intimate ceremony, held at a winery in July 2012.

The Precious Cargo star and the 46-year-old spent their honeymoon in Italy and welcomed their first child Dekker Edward Gosselaar, by the end of 2013. 

And, the couple had their second child, Lachlyn Hope, in 2015. 

Catriona McGinn and the actor faced relationship challenges, especially after Gosselaar met several issues for his role in Pitch.

In 2023, he opened up about how playing an aggressive character affected him, revealing that McGinn encouraged him to seek therapy.

He shared, “I’d come in through that front door and like my wife said in therapy sessions, ‘That’s not the guy I married.’” 

“It is actually really difficult to go back and forth, especially when you have kids.”

On the work front, Mark-Paul Gosselaar‘s wife Catriona McGinn works in the advertising industry, bringing a wealth of experience to her field.

McGinn has held key roles, including general manager in the executive advertising department at Nielsen BDSradio, as she is a graduate of McGill University in Quebec.

In this position, she manages the work surrounding marketing and advertising sales. Apart from the current designation, she had worked as a sales executive at Media Monitors.

However, Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Catriona McGinn’s relationship remains strong as they continue to balance their personal lives and growing family.
