Calls Mount for Eagles Fan to Be Banned After Disgusting Behavior Toward Packers Fan

On Sunday afternoon the Philadelphia Eagles punched their ticket to the divisional round with a 22-10 victory over the Green Bay Packers.

While most fans would have been busy celebrating their team’s performance, one Eagles fan was busy shouting despicable things at a Packers fan. In a video that won’t be shown – but can be found here – a male Eagles fan was seen shouting profanities at a female Packers fan who was with her fiance.

“What it’s like going to Philly just trying to root for your team… Unprovoked, uncalled for. Packers twitter, help me out and find this guy…. this is not okay I hate that my fiancé had this happen simply cheering for her team,” Packers content creator Alexander Basara said on social media.

The video immediately went viral on social media, racking up over 13 million views in just over 12 hours. It didn’t take long for pretty much everyone who watched the video to come to the same conclusion – the fan should be banned.

“Fans like this give an entire fan base a nasty reputation. Hope the @Eagles identify him and ban him. @AnthonyLGargano – any of your people know who this is? People like this in the stands need to be held accountable,” said Yahoo Sports host Jason Fitz.

“Do the right thing @NFL @Eagles and ban this fan from future attendance at eagles games. Absolutely disgusting,” said another.

“NO ONE should act like this regardless . I’m a die hard eagle fan and this is way out of hand and even his homies knew he crossed the line . Find this man and ban him for life for all I care . We do not need a person like this reppin our birds . UGLY,” added another.

“Eagles fan here. Identify him and ban him! Haven’t experienced any of this at games and wouldn’t have stayed silent if I had!! Disgusting behavior,” offered another.

Philadelphia will face off against the winner of tonight’s game between the Los Angeles Rams and Minnesota Vikings in the divisional round.
