Offset is throwing shade on X at his estranged wife Cardi B, and she immediately took notice.
On Wednesday, the rapper and recent Sneaker Shopping guest responded after Cardi apparently dubbed him a “fan” of hers during an X Spaces session the night before.
On Saturday, Cardi attended Offset’s 33rd birthday party at a Miami nightclub, where the two playfully tossed money on each other.
But after the encounter, their tension moved to social media, where Offset posted a picture of Cardi that he’d taken that night after he was accused of “stalking” the Grammy winner.
“N***a be fan the f**k Out. Why you taking pictures of me for? Shit piss me the fuck off. Can’t even be friendly with a n***a,” Cardi said around the four-minute, 30-second mark of the video below.
Offset broke his silence again on X, writing, “Nobody win when the fam fight stop capping to these ppl to make yourself look like the hoe.
“It ain’t the look u a fire [woman] good music but you focus on dick and tryna make me look bad focus bra this shit is whack from us both honestly,” he continued. “Drop the album and go up.”
Cardi responded, also urging her husband to sign their divorce papers. “So dating because I’m single means I’m just worried about dick??” she wrote. “You sound like a dummy.. trying to be fake nice after you did what you wanted from the beginning trying to push a narrative to these people. Congratulations!! Fuck off and sign the papers TODAY.”
After Offset called her “single and miserable,” referencing X Spaces that Cardi has hosted where she allegedly talked about him, Cardi claimed that she was “outside.”
“You thought nikkas wasn’t going to be on me cause in your words I got 3 kids in my thirties,” she continued. “I’m miserable I don’t bother none of the hoes you fck but every guy I talk to you dming and talkin shit about me like let’s not !”
Before their X argument, Cardi discussed men who are “intimidated” by women who “make their own money,” saying that she’s been “too much of a boss bitch” to Offset, without naming him directly.
The interaction halted from there, but Offset and Cardi have been on the outs for months. The Set It Off artist directed Cardi’s “Like What (Freestyle)” music video that dropped in March, and Cardi filed for divorce from Offset for a second time in August.
