The exodus from corporate media continues, as CNN just had their worst week in ratings since 2001. For ages 25-54, it was the lowest number of viewers they’ve had in almost 30 years.
During the week of November 25th, CNN averaged only about 260,000 viewers per day, losing out to channels like Bravo, and The Food Network.
After CNN spent years relentlessly attacking President Biden and VP Harris, while sanewashing Trump and his cult members, this ratings disaster is well-deserved.
We will never forget when CNN’s headlines were so hideous, we were forced to run massive public pressure campaigns demanding they change those bogus titles—which they quickly did, multiple times.
Or when they knowingly put a Trump supporter on an “undecided” voter panel. That was horrible.
And of course, giving airtime to maga pawns like Scott Jennings, doesn’t help their cause. He has no place being on anyone’s television.
CNN is still so desperate to tap into a rightwing audience, they featured a highlight reel of ridiculous Fox “News” responses to Biden pardoning his son.
Because of this obvious pro-maga bias, they have lost the little credibility they had left, and a large chunk of their viewers to go with it. Good.
We’ve been taking on corporate news for years, and CNN’s abysmal ratings make it clear we need to keep up the pressure.
It’s time to usher in a new generation of trustworthy, independent journalists. Honest brokers who aren’t afraid to call Trump what he is—a convicted felon and pathological liar who should be in prison.
That’s what our Watchdog Coalition is all about. Holding corporate media accountable, fighting back against Trump, and giving you the news the way it should be delivered.
