By clinching the top seed in the AFC, the Kansas City Chiefs earned a bye week for the first round of the 2025 NFL playoffs.
As the No. 1 seed, the Chiefs (15-2) will be able to relax at home during the wild card round, which starts Saturday afternoon. Kansas City will take on either the No. 4-seed Houston Texans or the No. 5-seed Los Angeles Chargers next weekend at Arrowhead Stadium. The exact date of that game is still to be determined.
Andy Reid’s team is attempting to become the first team in league history to win three straight Super Bowls.
