Cristiano Ronaldo ended the 2020/21 season as Serie A’s top scorer with Juventus, becoming the first player in history to win this title in Europe’s top three leagues.

It was not until his third season in Serie A that Ronaldo won the top scorer title for the first time with 29 goals in 33 appearances. In his first season, he only scored 21 goals, 5 goals less than Fabio Quagliarella – the leader.

In the second season, despite scoring 31 goals, the Portuguese superstar still ranked second, when Ciro Immobile had 36 goals to win the title of Serie A top scorer and the European Golden Shoe.

In the 2020/21 season, although Ronaldo did not play impressively, he still scored 29 goals, surpassing Inter Milan’s Romelu Lukaku – who ranked behind him – by 5 goals.
