The San Antonio Spurs will look to get back above .500 in their game against the Atlanta Hawks at home on Thursday in a game with very real implications. The Spurs own the Hawks’ draft pick in 2025, so a poor season in Atlanta means a higher draft pick for the Spurs. Unfortunately for San Antonio, the Hawks have a winning record and are currently in the playoff picture.
The Spurs have been bitten by the injury bug recently and don’t have the cleanest injury report, although they did get a positive injury update ahead of the matchup. The young core of Victor Wembanyama, Devin Vassell, Jeremy Sochan, and Stephon Castle will all be available.
Keep it posted to Inside the Spurs for all the latest news, ranging from odds (via FanDuel), injury reports for both teams, and TV information.

Betting Odds
Spread: Spurs -1 (-110)/Hawks +1 (-110)
Money line: Spurs (-112)/Hawks (-104)
Over/under: 234
The Spurs are the slight favorites in the game, although once Trae Young is officially in or out of the game, a better, more accurate line will like be updated. This is a very winnable game for San Antonio, and if the Los Angeles Lakers lose to the Sacramento Kings, it would push the Spurs past them in the standings.
