RICHMOND, Texas — Randle High School is set to host a send-off Thursday morning for its undefeated football team as they depart for the UIL State Championship at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.
The Randle Lions have a 15-0 record in just their third season of varsity competition since the school’s opening in 2021. The celebration will begin at the school’s campus Koeblen Road in Richmond.

Head coach Brian Randle will speak with the media at 9 a.m. before the big sendoff. Afterward, the team will be cheered on by parents, students, and staff as they board the buses.
Superintendent Dr. Roosevelt Nivens and members of the Lamar Consolidated Board of Trustees will also be in attendance to show their support.
The team is scheduled to depart at 10 a.m. After leaving the high school, they will visit multiple area elementary campuses before heading to Arlington to prepare for the championship game.
