PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) increased a major recall on Lay’s potato chips sold in stores across Oregon and Washington.
The recall involved a limited batch of 13-ounce bags of Lay’s potato chips at the highest risk alert, class one. According to the recall, the chips can cause death in people with milk allergies.

The chips were sold in November at stores in Oregon and Washington with a guaranteed “fresh date” of Feb. 11, 2025.
