Ravens Win Second Straight AFC North Title

The Ravens are the 2024 AFC North champions, winning the division title for a second straight year.

Baltimore claimed the crown with a 35-10 victory over the Cleveland Browns Saturday night at M&T Bank Stadium and finished with a 12-5 record.

The Ravens will enter the playoffs as the AFC’s No. 3 seed and will host either the Los Angeles Chargers or Pittsburgh Steelers at M&T Bank Stadium in the Wild-Card round.

Saturday night’s win finished off a resilient comeback season for the Ravens, who started the year 0-2 and trailed the rival Pittsburgh Steelers by two games with four left to play.

The Ravens responded in December, winning three games in 11 days while the Steelers dropped three straight, and Baltimore finished it off by beating the Browns.

Baltimore last won back-to-back division titles in 2018 and 2019. No team has ever won the AFC North three straight years.

The Ravens entered the 2024 season with the second-toughest schedule, based on last year’s winning percentages. It turned out to be just as challenging, if not moreso, than advertised.

But Baltimore scored big wins over upcoming playoff teams Buffalo, Pittsburgh, the Los Angeles Chargers, Houston and potentially Tampa Bay and Denver based on how the rest of the Week 18 games go.
