We compiled a list of grocers and specialty stores offering holiday appetizers, Christmas dinners and festive desserts that require little more than reheating. But demand is high, and options are selling quickly, so we recommend placing orders as soon as possible.

Whole Foods Christmas dinners

Options include a maple bourbon ham meal with mashed sweet potato, green bean casserole and mac and cheese (serves eight, $159.99). A prime rib meal with red wine jus, asparagus, creamed spinach and mashed potatoes (serves eight, $259.99). A holiday dessert board with brownies, snickerdoodles, fruit tarts, chocolate strawberries and more (serves 12, $89.99).

Sprouts Farmers Market Christmas dinners

A prime rib meal with mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce (serves eight, $89.99). A spiral ham meal is also available and comes with mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce (serves eight, $69.99). Fresh baked pumpkin, apple and cherry pies are available (serves six, $6.99).

Cracker Barrel Christmas dinners

Cracker Barrel is offering a sugar cured ham feast with stuffing, gravy, cranberry relish, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls, apple streusel and pecan pie (serves six, $119.99. serves 10, $179.99). A prime rib meal with au jus, horseradish sauce, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, green beans, gravy and rolls is also available (serves 6, $149.99).

Cherry Bomb Catering Christmas dinners

The traditional holiday dinner includes glazed beef tenderloin, twice-baked potato casserole, green beans, gingerbread cheesecake, and a caramelized garlic and shallot focaccia (serves four, $200). A holiday grazing board with a variety of gourmet cheeses, jams, fresh and dried fruit, crackers and chocolate bark is also available (serves 10, $75). For those who prefer feasting early, a holiday brunch option offers croissant bread pudding, focaccia, rosemary ham, and creamy cheddar roasted potatoes (serves 4, $100).

Perenn is offering three Holiday party packages. The French dinner includes petite baguettes, butter lettuce salad, beef bourguignon, herbed chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans and apple pastries. The Italian dinner features rosemary focaccia, a kale Caesar salad, chicken, braised beef stew, polenta, broccolini, and croissant tiramisu. (all serve eight, $335).
