The NFL’s 2025 Pro Bowl rosters include players from 28 teams, with the Baltimore Ravens leading the selections. Notably, Patrick Mahomes is absent for the first time since his debut. Players like Lamar Jackson, Jared Goff, and Josh Allen headlined the selections. The Pro Bowl will feature a flag football game and skills competitions.
The NFL has released the 2025 Pro Bowl rosters, with players from 28 of the 32 teams. The Baltimore Ravens have the most selections, followed by the Detroit Lions, Minnesota Vikings, Philadelphia Eagles, Dallas Cowboys, and Kansas City Chiefs. Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes has for the first time since his entry into the National Football League missed the AFC list, and more importantly, hasn’t been voted to the Pro Bowl, with Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ Baker Mayfield not attending Orlando.
Nine Baltimore Ravens, featuring two-time NFL MVP Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry were selected to the Pro Bowl Games with the most selections of any NFL team. The Detroit Lions placed seven players, while the Minnesota Vikings and Philadelphia Eagles had six apiece. Three-time Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes will not play for the AFC this year. That’s a first since Mahomes entered Kansas City’s starting lineup in his second season. But tight end Travis Kelce did make the list for the 10th time.
Washington’s Jayden Daniels is just the fourth first-year quarterback from 1970 on to ever make the first Pro Bowl cuts. Other rookie selections include Raiders tight end Brock Bowers and Rams outside linebacker Jared Verse. Detroit’s Jared Goff leads the NFC; Buffalo’s Josh Allen the AFC.
Philadelphia’s Saquon Barkley is NFC’s first-team running back and the ninth with at least 2,000 rushing yards. John Juszczyk, fullback, has made his ninth Pro Bowl, the most any fullback has ever been selected for. Quenton Nelson will be the third offensive lineman since 1970 to have been a Pro Bowler in each of his first seven seasons of his career. Ja’Marr Chase is fourth wide receiver, who was chosen in each one of his four seasons.
The Ravens have Zay Flowers, Kyle Hamilton, Marlon Humphrey, Tyler Linderbaum, Nnamdi Madubuike, Patrick Ricard, and Roquan Smith as their wide receivers. The Lions have Brian Branch, Jahmyr Gibbs, Frank Ragnow, Penei Sewell, St. Brown, and Fox as their wide receivers. The Vikings have Justin Jefferson, Van Ginkel, Greenard, Murphy, and DePaola as their wide receivers.
Philadelphia’s right tackles, Cam Jurgens, Landon Dickerson, Jalen Carter, and Zack Baun are withdrawing from the Pro Bowl Games, while the Dolphins, Jets, Titans, and Saints are not participating. The NFL replaced the full-contact all-star game with weeklong skills competitions and a flag football game for the third consecutive year.
The AFC and NFC will face off in a 7-on-7 flag football game at Camping World Stadium on February 2, with Peyton and Eli Manning serving as head coaches for the two conferences.
