The Oak Leaf Cottage was designed from 2014 to 2015 by Atlanta architect Brandon Ingram. The shoppers labored with a design agency to create a small grouping of Traditional Southern buildings on their pristine North Florida acreage, together with a big major home and a secondary visitor cottage which was constructed first.
